A police officer is caught on camera breaking down in tears after shooting and killing an unarmed man.
Filmed on a dashboard camera in Billings, Montana, US, officer Grant Morrison had just shot Richard Ramirez, 38, after pulling his car over in April last year.
Morrison told a court he feared for his life as the man, high on methamphetamines, appeared to reach for a gun.
Another video of the shooting shows the police officer shouting at Ramirez to put his hands up - and then firing three times into his vehicle, killing him.
Footage taken from another officer shows his car arriving at the scene shortly after the incident. A number of others have already made it to the scene.
Morrison can be seen walking towards the bonnet of the vehicle in some distress. He then collapses onto the floor, out of sight of the camera.
After other officers come to comfort Marshall, he can later be seen slouched onto the bonnet of the car, crying into his hands.
He bangs the hood of the police vehicle and can be heard saying: “I thought he was gonna pull a gun on me.”
Marshall was cleared of any wrongdoing by a jury in Billings, Montana, last week.
