This was the moment a motorist was hit by a runaway tyre while she rested on the hard shoulder of a motorway in China.
The force of the blow sent the woman flying over the motorway barrier and on to the grass at the side of the road.
In CCTV video footage of the accident released today, a passenger in the car can be seen running over to rescue the victim.
Amazingly she escaped with just three fractures and is recovering from her injuries in hospital, according to reports.
Police said the woman and the lorry driver were both partly responsible for the accident because the car was parked illegally and the lorry did not comply with safety regulations.
