What was meant to have been a celebratory meal for some, and comfort chicken for others, quickly turned into a full-on fight when fans of two rival football teams entered the same fast food joint.
Supporters of two teams ended up wrecking havoc in a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Moscow, Russia after a UEFA Europa League game last week.
FC Dinamo Moscow had beat visiting Greek team Panathinaikos from Athens in a UEFA Europa League game in the Russian capital.
When Dinamo fans spotted a group of Panathinaikos supporters, they first started shouting at each other, before the aggression quickly turned to violence.
The fight saw the two group smash up the restaurant, using furniture to beat each other, both in the KFC and on the street outside.
The football fans then battled in the street, occasionally bursting back into the restaurant to fight in front of terrified staff and frying chicken.
CCTV from the KFC restaurant shows how the hooligans used chairs, computer screens and anything else they can get their hands on, in order to beat each other.
They had then fled when the manager said he had called police, who confirmed the incident had taken place recently and released this CCTV footage in a bid to try and attract those involved.
Police spokesman Vladlen Kazantsev said: 'Despite the fact that it looks as if some of the people had been hurt, not surprisingly nobody turned up the treatment at the local hospital.
'However although we haven't had a complaint from either side, we have had a complaint from the restaurant and have opened an investigation over vandalism.'
Moscow police are appealing to anyone that recognises the men on the CCTV footage to get in touch, and have promised a reward in exchange for information leading to their arrest.
