CCTV cameras caught the moment that the bike user collided with the 14-wheeler as it turned right at a crossroads in Ningbo, a city in east China's Zhejiang province.
It didn't seem like the cyclist stood a chance as he was dragged underneath the heavy goods vehicle.
Miraculously the footage then shows the man sitting up as the truck drives away.
He was treated at the scene but somehow suffered only minor bruises.
Chinese traffic police say the driver of the truck was to blame for the crash, as he failed to notice the cyclist in his blind spot as he turned right.
