A shootout at a Philadelphia hotel is all caught on tape.
It happened at the Roosevelt Inn on the 7600 block of East Roosevelt Boulevard in March.
On Wednesday, police released the video, hopefully to aid in the capture of the suspects.
That guests were seeking cover as two gunman shoot at each other. Police say it's a miracle no one was hit.
The shootout happened around half-past midnight last Monday. At first the targets take off, but one pulls out his own handgun and fires back. It then becomes a game of cat and mouse as startled hotel guests duck out of the way.
On the video you see how the gunmen pay no regard to the innocent bystanders just trying to making it to their rooms or to safety.
"It's something that's crazy. You have an occupied hotel anybody could have been in there with their family, you could have children walking in there anything," Philadelphia Police Lieutenant John Stanford said.
Right now, they want the public to take a close look at the very clear surveillance video to try to bring these men in.
Police confirm to Fox 29 that this hotel has been scene of numerous prostitution arrests in the past though the manager says they've never seen this level of violence.
Fox 29 spoke with a hotel manager by phone. He says the hotel has close to 50 security cameras and will now have added security on weekend nights. The manager says police never asked to see a guest list though he'd be more than happy to provide it.
